DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN THE US)
We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders in the 48 contiguous U.S. States.
Once your order has been processed we will send you an email with tracking information for your order.
Most orders are shipped after a processing time of 1 - 3 business days. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We do not ship to P.O. Box and military addresses.
We are not responsible for all shipping costs related to undeliverable items due to buyer incorrect address information provided to us.

RETURNS
We try to be as accurate as possible in the description of our products, However, we cannot guarantee that any descriptions or depictions are totally accurate.
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The customer is responsible for any return shipping and packaging costs. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Shipping costs are not refundable.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
It is important that you understand that all of our products are artisan-created and entirely hand-made and therefore may have slight imperfections that make them more authentic and unique.We only replace items if we consider them defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mari-pepe@outlook.com You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
